Why would you want one of these?

  • You want to boost employee wellbeing and increase the sense of belonging in your company;
  • The culture is already established but is NOT where you want it to be – there is drama, gossip and toxicity that is impacting performance and increasing staff attrition; As a senior leader, you are the one who is defining the culture of the organisation or team you are leading – so if you are wanting change in the organisation, you will also need to partake in the fun!
  • Your team are quite new, so this is an excellent opportunity to bring people together; get to understand each other, and start thinking about the culture you want to define in the organisation. This will include generating conflict competence – an ability to engage with conflict in a way that is open and respectful;
  • You need to get a team together very quickly for a particular project, or bid, and everyone needs to be performing to a high standard in no time at all – eek!
